Terms & Conditions


Full payment for the length of your subscription is required at the time of sign-up with Bloom Floral & Foliage (Bloom). Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Unless renewed, subscriptions will automatically close at the end of the subscription period; they will not automatically be renewed. Subscriptions may be held or paused by the subscriber. All such requests must be made in writing to info@bloomfloralandfoliage.com by noon the Thursday before the following week’s delivery and receipt confirmed by Bloom.


Weekly deliveries will be provided to the subscriber/recipient at the delivery address specified during sign-up. Any changes to the delivery location must me made in writing to info@bloomfloralandfoliage.com receipt confirmed by Bloom, after which every effort will be made to accommodate the requested change. An extra charge may apply. The weekly delivery date will be confirmed in writing by Bloom upon receipt of sign-up via email. Each week your vase shall be placed out in a pre-designated location and ready for exchange on the day of your delivery. If your vase is not in the pre-designated location, a charge of $12 will be applied, made payable to Bloom by check or credit card.


Each week you will receive an arrangement of locally grown, seasonal flowers: the composition of the arrangement is based on the flowers that are available from our farmers and will change weekly. Should you have a specific question or concern about the flowers or foliage used in the subscription, please contact us at info@bloomfloralandfoliag.com or by phone at 805.316.0287. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any product, please let us know right away.


Bloom respects your privacy. We will send you emails regarding your subscription, as well as emails containing other information relevant to Bloom. You may choose to opt out of these emails at anytime. All of our customer information is kept strictly confidential. We will not release any information to third-parties regarding our customers. We do not sell or make customer information or our mailing list available to any outside parties or companies. The registration web site is a secure site where your information will be safe.
